FILIPPO BIANCOFIORE
He studied singing under Ettore Titta, the brother of Titta Ruffo. It is believed that he made his debut in 1908 at the Teatro Wanda in Savona as Carlo in G. Verdi’s Ernani. In 1911, he performed in Buenos Aires at the Teatro Coliseo, where he participated in the premiere of P. Mascagni’s Isabeau alongside Antonio Saludas, Carlo Galeffi, Maria Farneti, and Giuseppe La Puma.
As a member of P. Mascagni’s opera troupe, Biancofiore made guest appearances in Rio de Janeiro and Montevideo, although he primarily performed in Italy. He retired from the stage in 1917.
