Louis Nucelly (Nucelli) (Baritone)



In the 1908-1909 season he appeared at the Grand Opéra in Paris, making his debut as Leuthold in G.  Rossini’s ‘’Wilhelm Tell’’. His repertire included the army caller in ‘’Lohengrin’’, Alberich in "Götterdämmerung", Capulet in ‘’Roméo et Juliette’’. On October 1910 he sang at the Opera in Nantes again in Rossini’s ‘’Wilhelm Tell’’ opposite Silva, Gerard, Milhau, Sylvestre and Baer. In 1919 he he made guest appearance at the Paris Opéra Comique as Scarpia in ‘’Tosca’’. He sang also in Monte Carlo in Brussels.
