Jane Morlet (Soprano) (Paris. France 22. 01. 1879 - Paris, France 24. 12. 1957)



Daughter of the soprano Jane Morlet. When the Paris Théâtre Trianon was altered to the opera house (1908), she became the first soprano of this theater, where she appeared till 1916. In 1911 she created there the title role in the French première of R. Leoncavallo’s ‘’Zazà’’. Later she appeared in operettas. In the end, she became an actress and appeared till 1950 in French theaters.
