Amelia Pollini (Soprano)



Probably she made her debut in 1900 at the Teatro Politeama Giacosa in Napoli as Eudossia in ‘’Ebrea’’. In 1903 she made guest appearances at the Teatro San Carlos in Lisbon in ‘’Africana’’, ‘’Boheme’’, ‘’Ebrea’’ and ‘’Profeta’’. The same year she also sang in Tunis, München and Wrocław. In 1905 she appeared at the Teatro Grande in Brescia in ‘’Andrea Chenier’’ and ‘’Zaza’’. In 1908 she performed at the Teatro Nazionale in Roma as Santuzza in ‘’Cavalleria Rusticana’’. She retired from the stage in 1911.
