His father was the main priest of the Athens cathedral. He studied at the Athens conservatoire. In 1932 Stellakis perfected his skills in Germany. During the World War II he remained in Germany. After 1945 he
lived in Ludwigsburg. In 1960, under the pseudonym Tito Martini, he
appeared in Athens concert.
