He made his debut in 1901 at the Teatro San
Carlo in Napoli in ‘’Carmen’’. He retired from the stage in 1913 and returned
to Buenos Ayres, where he devoted himself to teaching and among his pupils was
the tenor Pedro Mirassou. He made only 6 recordings for Gramophone.
