She studied in Milan with Molajoli and made her debut in 1926 at the Teatro Campoamor in Oviedo. From 1930 to 1935 her career was relegated to appearances in italian provincial theatres (Teatro Sociale in Schio; Teatro Civico in Orvieto; Teatro Coccia in Novara). After guest performances in Spain, among other things in San Sebastian, she was married with a German and moved to Java, where she worked as a vocal pedagogue. In Italy she was best known for her role as Rosina in G. Rossini’s ‘’Il Barbiere di Siviglia’’.
