He studied in Rome and made his debut in 1900 at the Politeama in Terni as Almaviva in ‘’Il Barbiere di Siviglia''. In 1903 he had in Rome a big success in performance of the Perosi’s oratorio ''Mose''. In 1904 he appeared at the Teatro Costanzi, Rome, in the 1906-07 season at the Teatro Arbeu of Mexico City, in 1909 at the St. Petersburg Conservatory, at the Teatro Liceo, Barcelona, in 1910 at the Teatro Colon, Buenos Aires. Here in 1911 he sang in the premiære of Tchaikovsky's ''Eugene Onegin'' as Lenski. Pintucci also appeared as a guest at the Opera Theatres of Kiev, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo. In 1919 he performed at the Teatro Colon, Buenos Aires in the premiere of the opera ''Petronio'' of Gaito and in the premiere of Puccini's ''Gianni Schicchi'' as Rinuccio. In 1924 he sang at the Teatro Nacional of Havana (here he appeared as De Grieux in ''Manon'' of Massenet and as Duke in ‘’Rigoletto’’). In 1927 he appeared at the Palais Mediterranee in Nice. In 1933 he sang in Rome, Eiar in ''Le Nozze Istriane'' of Smareglia. His career came during of 1930s to the conclusion and he withdrew in 1933.
