Anton Hendrik Appels. He received his education in Berlin. After his retirement he lived in Berlin and worked there as pedagogue. His repertoire included Max in ‘’Freischütz’’, Lohengrin, Siegmund, Siegfried and Loge in ‘’Nibelungenring’’, Parsifal, Radames in ‘’Aida’’, Riccardo in ‘’Ballo in maschera’’ and Luigi in ‘’Il Tabarro’’.
