Astrid Lous (Soprano) (? 1876, 12/4 – ? 1945, 25/12)

First she was an actress and appeared in the 1894-1900 seasons in Kristiansund and Bergen. Then till 1903 she studied singing in Berlin and Paris. She began her career as an opera singer in 1904 at the Stadttheater of Elberfeld. Then she sang at the  Opernhaus in Dusseldorf and also appeared at the Hoftheater in Hannover. Her repertoire included Elisabeth, Venus in ‘’Tannhäuser’’, Elsa in ‘’Lohengrin’’, Senta in "Fliegenden Holländer"',  Sieglinde in "Walküre", Agathe in ‘’Freischütz’’, Tosca and Aida. On the stage she excited a sensation as an excellent actress.
