First she studied at the conservatory of Toulouse, then she took singing lessons from Rondile and Lherie in Paris. She made her debut in 1899 at the opera house of Bordeaux as Marguerite in ‘’Faust’’ of Gounod. In the 1900-1901 season she sang at the opera house of New Orleans. She guested at the opera houses of Nice, Nantes and Antwerp. She appeared at the Teatro Liceo of Barcelona in ‘’Aida’’ and also sang in Italian theaters. In 1906 she appeared at La Scala, where she sang the role of Donna Anna in ‘’Don Giovanni’’. Probably she sang also in Buenos Aires, Havana and Mexico City. She died in a tragic accident in the toilet of a Hotels in Calais, when she got ready for the crossing to England. Her husband was the great french baritone Henri Berriel.
