Virginia Colombati (Soprano) (Pergola, Italia 1863 - ? 1956)




In 1891 she made her debut at the Teatro Comunale in Faenza as Rosina in ‘’Il Barbiere di Siviglia’’. In the 1906-1908 seasons she made successful guest appearances in USA. After her retirement she went to El Paso and taught singing. Her husband was the conductor Jose Acuna. Among her pupils was the soprano Josephine Lucchese.
