Alice Zeppilli (Soprano) (Menton, France 28 August 1885 – Pieve di Cento, Italy 14 September 1969)

She studied singing in Milan under Elettra Callery-Viviani and made her debut  at the Teatro Lirico in Milano as Stella in the world premiere of Giacomo Orefice's ‘’Chopin’’ (1901). She retired from the stage in 1926. Later she taught singing in New York and Monte Carlo. Her the most famous pupil was Lily Pons.
