Dolores Frau (Mezzo-Soprano) (Barcelona 1882- ? 1964)

She studied with the baritone Eugenio Laban and made her debut in 1905 at Bosque of Barcellona in ‘’Aida’’. She spent the period of the Great War in Greece where she perfomed on many Greek stages. After her withdraw, which happened in 1934, she devoted herself to teaching and Victoria De Los Angeles was her pupil. In 1908 the composer Attilio Morandi wanted to devote her the romance "Ave Spes".
